We produce a total end to end solution for a fresh product development from concept, functionality, consultation and design, quality control and tractability requirements to fully machined, assembled and packaged product meeting customer specifications and criteria. Certified to ISO 9001 Quality Management System since March 1993 and more recently to ISO . As well as the standard precision componentry tests done by all shops Accord uses PC with customary measurement of selected characteristics and tolerances that give a stable indication of how the overall process is performing. Production of precision componentry requires consistency and effective quality control.
Private ownership and a single site facility gives us flexibility and speed in decision making. This enables customer’s CAD drawings to be imported, or a new drawing created quickly. Measurements are entered directly, on the production floor, into the PC system using digital measuring instruments and the data displayed onto sincere time regulate charts. The business supplies a large variety of components throughout Australasia, USA, Europe and Asia to many well obvious international companies.
The piece is then set in our MP system so our guys know how to make the segment and you can get the segment delivered on time. Consultation with our Engineering team will result in drawings and or models being produced to facilitate the manufacture of the product. Piece of quality is delivery in packed and on time which is measured to ensure a steadfast service is offered for our customer’s needs and has enabled them to use a Fair in Time stock oversee system and dispense with or use minimal inwards goods inspection. Certified to ISO Environmental Management System since March 2001.
