Our qualified and experienced staff are here to ensure you have an excellent learning experience. AEA is approved by the New Zealand Qualifications authority NZQA and a member of English New Zealand. Our teaching staff are all highly qualified and experienced, our principal has published course books and trained new teachers, and our students know they are going to learn well. AEA is not part of an international chain of language schools so we can make sure that our programs are flexible enough to meet the needs of our students. AEA is a Category One, English New Zealand member school that has been operating since 1988. It offers General English, IELTS, and TESOL courses to international students with both daytime and evening class options. As Director of Studies, you will work closely with the Senior Teacher Programme Delivery . Your primary responsibilities will be for ensuring the quality of curriculum and assessment and for the leadership and development of the teaching team. You will have proven skills in leading a team of teachers and your ability to work within and across teams will be excellent.
AEA is part of ICL Education Group which also includes ICL Graduate Business School, New Horizon College and Bridge International College. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Directors of Studies in other member schools.
