What you should know about Sicato Residential
My husband and I engaged Sicato in February 2010 to design and build our house in Mill water, Silverdale. We have no hesitation in recommending Sicato to others and look forward to working with Simon and his team on our following construct project. We personally advocate SICATO as an excellent finest for building your next home. We would certainly build with Sicato Residential again and confidently recommend them to other people.
Simon and his builders labor to a very high standard and they concern about the homes that they build. Sicato Residential was founded in 2001 by Master builder Simon Bird, Simon has over 30 years experience building homes in the Auckland area. We have already recommended Sicato Residential to our friends and we will certainly engage Sicato Residential again for our after house. As this was our first building experience Simon and his team were there to donate their advice when we needed.
Thanks to Simon and his team at SICATO, we had a stress free building experience. The advice and assistance provided by Simon and his team has been incredibly helpful, and the final result was exactly what we would have expected, a beautiful home with very high standard quality finish. We met a few builders and went to a couple of show homes in Mill water when we were looking to construct our fresh home, but once we met Simon and the team at Sicato Residential we no longer needed to look elsewhere. Simon and his team are very arrogant of their work, and we are now a very proud SICATO home owner. I know of a number of people building new houses at this ambitious time in Auckland and have heard various horror stories, however if you are behind a company that delivers what they promised, to a tall standard and no strings attached Simon and his cordial team from SICATO are the ones for you. 4 bedrooms, 196 sq, 2 bathrooms, double garage, designer kitchen with caeserstone bench tops, double glazing, partition laundry, tiled showers, lower tile heating, quality fixtures and fittings, timber weatherboard and painted brick exterior, pebble concrete driveway and paths, hardwood decks, professionally landscaped, award-winning quality. Simon project managed the complete project, even attending architect’s meetings with me and providing design advice and recommendations during the construct for improvements.
Having the house built, with input by myself into the colors and kitchen bathroom designs and firm landscaping was fun and far from stressful. We have achieved five gold awards at the Master Builders house of the year awards and are licensed building practitioners. It was my father who is a retired builder that looked at SICATO homes and was glad with the high quality and conclude of their homes. Building quality homes to a high standard is paramount for this family business.
We then engaged Sicato Residential to construct our dream home, they were absolutely outrageous to deal with, everything worked out very well from start to finish, there were a couple of things which we wanted to change or upgrade and Simon kept us very healthy informed about the cost. Communication was excellent and we were everlasting kept well informed throughout the building process
