Married to a triathlete who represented New Zealand in the world champs Julia has two gorgeous boys and Coco the chocolate cocker spaniel. Julia loves to cheer her boys on in their sporting activities and keep herself fit with yoga, Pilates and walking Coco. A passion for women’s well being Julia helps women with stress incontinence through innovative exercise programmes and advice.
Imogen gained private practice experience in Matamata before returning home to Auckland in early 2015. While in Matamata, she had the opportunity to work with a rugby team as well as in the community in rest homes and at the local hospital. Imogen enjoys all aspects of physiotherapy especially having the opportunity to assist people with improving function and to alleviate their pain so they can return to enjoying life!. After 3 years, she took a break from work to explore the world but has since come back to keep doing the job she loves!.
If she is not busying herself in activities, she is enjoying a relaxing get away in the Coromandel with her family and dogs. Janneke enjoys all sides to being a physiotherapist but most of all, she enjoys meeting all walks of people and helping them get back into doing whatever it is that makes their life tick. It is a complementary health therapy which uses the application of pressure using finger and thumb techniques to the feet, hands or ears. Reflexology is based on the principle that the entire body is reflected in the feet, hands and ears.
Reflexes in the feet, hands and ears correspond to all glands, organs and parts of the body. Having worked for several years at a very busy medical centre in Botany, Michele brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to our client engagement and reception area. With a grown up family including two awesome grandchildren, Michele loves walking, gardening, pilates, yoga, music, movies and spending time with friends and family. Raised in Christchurch, Annette worked in the optical industry for 9 years prior to travelling to UK and Europe for her big O. Annette has had some interesting jobs including nannying for a French Count and Countess and their 4 children with many summer and winter holidays away in France, skiing in the French Alps and living in a Castle were French royalty once stayed.

A keen cyclist, gardener and lover of anything to do with water, Raewyn is one of the faces you will see welcoming and helping clients in our Beachlands practice. Ultimate Physio began as a private practice back in November of 1997 in the garage of Minta Botha. Having immigrated from South Africa that year, Minta had secured a part time role at a clinic in Penrose, but had turned her garage into a temporary consulting room
